Important Information :
The Junior Firefighter program is designed to give the younger firefighter an opportunity to find out what the fire service is about. Junior Firefighters will learn leadership, teamwork and communication skills as well as building his or her confidence and self esteem. Even though Junior Firefighters are prohibited to enter unsafe environments, their functions are extremely important on incidents and around the firehouse. All members of The Bailey Fire Department hold education to the highest level and while the requirements of the program are demanding; education is the number one priority of the program.
